"Extremely unprofessional and unreliable company. They scheduled a delivery with me on a Tuesday between 10am and 3pm. They never showed up, and never called to explain why. I called them and they said my package was on a truck that never went out, which sounded like a generic lie, but I gave them another chance. We rescheduled for two days later, Thursday, between 10 and 3. They guaranteed that the package would come for sure on Thursday, which it did, but it was over an hour late. To give credit where credit is due, the man who delivered the package was very friendly and kind. Overall, it seems to be a very disorganized, unprofessional, and inconsiderate company."

"I had ordered an item online and the seller used Reddaway. Worst shipping experience EVER!!! They called to schedule the delivery and I ended up taking the day off of work to wait around for a package that was never delivered. It sat on their loading dock. I called and no one knew why it hadn't been loaded. I had to call back another day to reschedule another delivery and was told by the person that answered that she was currently "doing the job of 3 people" and she was incredibly short with me. This time they didn't even have it recorded that the delivery had been rescheduled. I had to call again and reschedule for a third time once again making arrangements for someone to be there to sign for it. The driver delivered it and while I understand the concern about covid he didn't need to be as unprofessional as he was and demand phone numbers, etc from my neighbor that signed for the package when he had all the information that he needed. The box was also left in the road and not even put in the driveway at least. I'm sorry, but for the hassle that I went through, I think there could have been a little more professionalism and everyone could have been a little more helpful."
