"I ordered a tv that was shipped to this company who were then going to ship it to my location. We set a time to deliver the TV. I had to cancel events to be available for the delivery. They called to cancel the scheduled delivery because of a sick employee. At the very end of the time window they told me to have available. I’m a little annoyed they called me after I waited for a delivery they knew they wouldn’t deliver. The employee didn’t get sick during the middle of the delivery. They were sick and didn’t go to work at the beginning of the work day. I would have very much appreciated a call at the beginning or near the beginning of their work day that they had a sick employee and we needed to reschedule. I feel undervalued that they had me wait hours and called me only at the end of the expected delivery window. If I had gotten a call from SEKO Logistics explaining their employee’s situation, I would have had time to reschedule my original plans. Since I missed my event and didn’t want my wasted time to be wasted entirely, I borrowed a large vehicle from a family member and picked up the tv at their building which was only 10 minutes away from my home. The individual that helped move the tv into the back of the vehicle was helpful and made my experience a little better. Overall my experience was unsatisfactory with their customer service and after they wasted my morning while I waited for a delivery they knew they had no employee to deliver."

"SEKO SLC delivered my new couches yesterday. Keith was so nice and helpful. I got a courtesy call from him when he was about 30 minutes from my home so that I would know when to expect him. He had the couches unloaded, and put them where it was most convenient for me. He even gave me tips on the easiest way to unbox them. Thank you so much!"

I worked in retail for 40 years, and customer service is hard to find. But Bill was very helpful and put it where I asked him to. He was very customer service friendly, which means a lot to me now days. I was very impressed with him today. So I would like to Thank him very much for his great service. "SEKO was the company that delivered a furniture order I had placed through World Market. John was very warm and professional quickly setting up a delivery time with me after he had called and left a message. My delivery driver Bill was the best! He gave me a call before delivering and was speedy! He was so nice and even chatted while doing some heavy lifting! I have worked with other logistic companies in the past, and even though my interactions were very brief I could tell that the employees care about representing their company and that speaks volumes!
