"I ordered a printer from Lenovo and they used CEVA to deliver it. I worried when reading the other reviews here but I had no issues. The day before my delivery I got a call from them to schedule the delivery and was provided a time window. The driver delivered the printer during that time frame and on time, no issue."

"I work at a warehouse and we send things out with CEVA. We get a lot of returns due to damage. When we do, we often get them back with footprints all over them. They're walking all over boxes with "EXTREMELY FRAGILE" printed across the package in large red print. We get videos from the doorbell cameras of customers of their items being thrown out of the trucks onto the street when they arrive. Because we were getting so many returns because of damaged items I started strapping certain things down to pallets. I even included the weight and size of the pallet in the shipping details. Apparently that's too inconvenient for them to move because they cut the straps and removed it from the pallet and then still charged us the full cost of shipping it with the pallet. When I took over my position they would consistently lose items and tell us we never shipped them but I started keeping meticulous records so I could prove that they picked up the item and suddenly they started to "find" these items. They tried it for a while longer and then it stopped. I suspect some of the drivers were just trying to get free stuff."

"I have sent two emails to this company and their reply was an automated reply that said I would be contacted "shortly". That was 3 days ago. 3 days past when my item was supposed to be delivered. Still no word on what is happening."

"Ordered a carport from Amazon and ceva was the company that delivered it. I kept checking tracking and it never changed. It always had the same delivery date. They delivered on that day even a little early. Driver was very nice and put it exactly where I wanted it in my driveway! Thank you ceva for delivering my carport without damage and your driver was very professional!"

"I received a delivery from CEVA this morning and was very pleased with the service. This was for an order from Costco online. The communication from CEVA was excellent, I was able to choose the delivery day via a link that was texted to me, and their customer support by phone earlier this month was superb. The driver/trucking company who made the final delivery to my home was from another company, CCFS, and he was super nice, friendly, and professional, and took the utmost care of unloading my delivery and placing it where I asked. All around, 5/5 stars, would do business with them again."
