"Truthfully, you will never find a better pediatrician. I get emotional even talking about it! We absolutely LOVE Dr Later!! He's been our pediatrician now for 6 years and I'm forever grateful for him. In life, I feel like it's pretty rare to find a doctor who truly cares about their patients. (I've only met two so far, one of which is Dr Later) With Richard, you never feel like another number. He's so thorough every time we meet with him and he always takes the time to listen and explain. He is so keen, observant and educated. I will be pretty sad and not sure what to do when he retires. Thank you for being a wonderful doctor to our kiddos Dr Later, we love you! (I do agree with other reviews that the staff isn't that great, but Cindy is an MA there who we love. She is so great with shots and makes them pretty quick and painless! So basically, we go for Dr Later and Cindy!)"

"Took my baby to the doctor for a well check yesterday and we saw Dr. Later. It was our first time seeing him, typically we visit Sue Ann who has been good, but we're not too attached and are still trying to find a doctor that we love. Well the whole visit Dr. Later was coughing, but blamed it on his allergies so I didn't think too much of it since allergies aren't contagious. Now today my baby is sick and has been coughing all night long. It makes me so angry thinking that a man who is supposed to be in the business of making children healthy lied about being sick, continued on with our appointment, and got my child sick too."
