"Great food and service at this lovely chic pub style restaurant on the slopes of deer valley resort. Caesar salad, chicken lettuce wraps, and a pizza were all great. It was a great place to take a break from a long day of skiing. Thoroughly enjoyed!!!"

"If you can afford it, this place is fantastic. Deer Valley is a posh ski resort with incredible service. Everywhere you go, there are people willing to help and provide guidance. Having said that, it is very expensive, but it might possibly be worth it. Lots of places say ski-in, ski-out, but Stag Lodge is the perfect example of a great ski-in, ski-out. You can walk in your socks to the door facing the slopes and they will have your boots, poles and skis waiting there for you, all for no extra charge. You put your skis on and walk 10 feet and you are on the slopes. Additionally, if you ever need to go anywhere (grocery store, restaurant, etc), they have a large car and driver willing to drive you and pick you up anywhere within a reasonable distance (not the airport) of the lodge. Again, free of charge. In one more perk, they have an incredible gym with every machine or free weight imaginable, plus plenty of TVs. Their outdoor heated pool is also available during the winter. This place is great, but expensive."
