"The front office was very unprofessional and rude. When attempting to make an appointment for my sick kids she answered and said "well we don't have anything until next week" and hung up on me. I'm not sure what her deal was but no one especially a pediatric doctor office should be treating their already worried parents that way. They should definitely reevaluate who they have answering their phone/ talking to people. Makes the world of a difference."

"We have been going here for the last few years. Now they wont treat our little for ADHD. Saying they wont take him as a patient for that since it is a new diagnosis. Like what the heck your his dr and you refuse to treat him for that but he can still come see you for the other stuff. Thanks but no. Your office needs to do better by your patient. We will find someone who cares about their whole well-being not just the easy stuff to collect the money."

"Absolutely appalled at this practice. I called them on the phone to explain my daughter was in pain- Everything was great, they had walk ins today and I came in. Upon coming in the lady behind the counter immediately said I had an unpaid bill, after much investigating, we realized it was for 3 visits since February. I explained that they had not even sent me a bill. No one had told me I needed to pay anything. I have insurance do i thought the visit was covered. They said they were sending it to collections. I was a little upset over this but said whatever, ill pay when I get paid but that i was there for my daughter to be seen. (She was crying in pain sitting there while they had me look into this bill!) She left and then came back saying they refused to see my 4yr old daughter crying in pain. This was the breaking point for me. I have been with them for years and have never had a bill I didn't pay and they refused to help my daughter when I was saying I'd pay this bill when I can. I can't magically make money appear, but they could have helped my daughter. They could have told me via phone I had a bill that needed to be paid prior to getting her in the car and telling her we'd get her something to relieve her pain. I will be paying their lousy bill they are needing so desperately paid. But I will be looking for a better practice that actually cares about our kids."

"Dr. Gould and the nurses are always great! He takes such good care of my kids! We have been coming here for 11 years. The nurses are also so kind and sweet. They act like they actually care!!! They used to have good office staff until just recently (March 2022). The front office ladies need to be nicer and more kind! Rude office help is not good as your first experience when you get to the doctor’s office. They need to be taught better customer service! If Dr. Gould wasn’t so great we would go somewhere else. I don’t need to be treated like that when I first go to a doctor’s office. Train your front office ladies to be more kind and nice."

"We love Dr. Gould and his staff, they are always very kind and we love how they treat our children. The office is fun and inviting and we get through our visit in a reasonable amount of time. Dr. Gould always takes the time to answer all questions and makes sure we understand. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatrician."
