"Highly recommend this place to anyone in the SLC area looking to do anything with their jewelry pieces. I love this dainty gold choker and when it snapped I was so sad because I didn’t think it was going to be worth the price to fix it. I actually went to inquire at Kay’s and they looked at it and said it was going to take them over two weeks and that I should look at Southtowne because it would be cheaper and faster. Pretty hilarious that the competition is the one recommending I come here but they were right! Tony was so kind and fixed my necklace so fast. It’s as good as new, I told my parents who went that day to get my mom’s ring fixed and he worked his magic again! 10/10 recommend!"

"After waiting almost ONE MONTH for Kay jewelers (still waiting) to resize an engagement ring, we brought the corresponding wedding band here to Tony for resizing and he did it in TWO HOURS at 70% of the price of Kay. "Fixed my designer watch for a little under $55 and was up front and honest about the cost (another shop in SLC I called told me $20, but I heard $10 by the lady in the back...). I ended up calling this shop and was impressed by the knowledge Tony had about my Burberry Swiss made watch just through our phone conversation! I look forward to bringing my watches and jewelry to him. He has my trust with his keen attention to detail. I recently dropped off my pearl necklace that I broke...he helped me understand what happened and how he will fix it. Expect to be given a fair price for excellent craftsmanship. It may seem on the higher end but honestly I would have paid more since 10 years ago when I bought the watch in Chicago and needed to replace the battery it cost me $50 as well....and the battery stopped working in under a year. Tony also provides a 1 year watch warranty if the battery stops working which I greatly appreciate him offering.
