"I won't patronize any Spencer's again, after finding out that if you pay cash and have to return an item it's store credit only. I would like to know why. If you take cash you should give it back for a return. Sounds and seems dishonest. Do yourself a favor and order from Amazon, that's pretty much where their sub-par inventory comes from anyway."
"decided to finally switch to a maternity belly ring and it was perfect timing since i was able to get a free jewelry. there was only 2 that i saw that were not the cutest and when i asked the guy if they had more and he said no and then later found out they had a full pack of them at the VERY bottom of the section like what pregnant person is going to be able to fully bend down to see that?? and then they stopped accepting punch cards which is convenient, they switched to digital and had to download a whole app that literally did not work, it wouldn’t let me create an account that i tried working w for 45 mins smh and no one did anything to help"
