"My husband and I were on a road trip on the 5th of May near Logan and we experienced and witnessed 3 extremely dangerous encounters with bison bus #1716. The elderly driver of the bus would not look in his blind spot (even when we were right next to his driver window) and merge when he wanted into our lane, nearly hitting us twice. He also did it again to another car on the road. We tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but 3 separate times with 2 different drivers seemed too much. When I tried to call the company to suggest they talk to the driver of the bus the lady on the phone didn't listen to a word I said and kept on asking when we wanted bison buses to come pick us up. A company that can't even file a legitimate complaint is one to be wary of in my opinion."
