"A driver named Pervaiz almost killed my family last night by falling asleep at the wheel in his black Suburban. Vehicle number #13. SLC Airport Ground Transportation Vehicle #221470. DO NOT TAKE A RIDE WITH HIM. He was our Uber driver from SLC Airport to our home in Bluffdale around 8pm last night. At the merger from I-215 to I-15 SB he veered to the left completely off the road and into the waste area in the median going 65-70 mph. We screamed at him and he over corrected causing the vehicle to shoot into traffic going the same direction. The vehicle swerved and tires screeched and somehow we miraculously didn't roll or hit anyone. My wife and kids were crying hysterically from the experience. It could have been really bad. He then proceeded to tell us that his tire blew which wasn't true. Then he told us it was because of construction on the road that caused him to do that. He tried telling us he was okay to drive us all the way home to which we hardly declined. He dropped us off at the maverick off 90th and i-15 and we had some friends come get us. This man told us at the start of the trip that he just had open heart surgery and that we were his only trip of the night to try and make some extra money. I'm not sure if he was drugged up from the surgery or what, but he definitely fell asleep at the wheel. This man should not be on the road. Period."

"We were at the airport and asked for a taxi. The person in the taxi station told us to get in one of the Vans parked there.The driver was driving aggressively we told him to slow down that we were not in a hurry. When we arrived to our destination, he asked me if the townhomes were expensive. I answered yes. After that, he entered a price for the ride $79. He claimed the meter marked that. He never showed us the meter. I took a ride two days before from home to airport paid $32 with two passengers. He claimed this was the cost for three people. I offered to show him the cost of the other ride that is the same distance. He said aggressively, there was not need for me to show him that. There was the need to show him the overcharge. In my whole stay in Vegas I paid $88 for transportation, even with the rides from hotel to the aerport. I paid because thought the person doing this must be in a great need. Hope he enjoyed the $35 overcharge in a good meal."
