"Dr McCann was very nice and easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and let me know that he thought this was not cancer, but we want to be sure. He got my surgery scheduled and worked with what I had already scheduled. He told me he was going to take very good care of me. He eased my concerns. I waited about 10 minutes past my appointment time. That's not bad considering how they have to juggle surgery's and office visits and emergencies. The staff kept me informed on when he would be in. The staff is wonderful. My experience was very good and reassuring. Thank you"

"My first visit was at 1:00, but he didn’t get there until around 2:15. I was told to call an hour before my appointment to see if he was in surgery, but couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I called 3 times. I live almost 50 miles away and the weather wasn’t good. I could tell that he was in a hurry. My appointment was fast. I think he needs to slow down and breathe and remember we are people no objects. The surgery was the same although his assistant was very pleasant."

"Super frustrating appointment.. I waited 30 minutes for them to take me back then was told the dr had to go back to the OR which was fine. They said it would be an hour and a half so I went and ran errands came back. He then was 30 more minutes late coming in.. he was so rude when he got in there. Never apologized for anything or gave notice about any of it.. he asked what was going on. I preceded to tell him everything. He was very ignorant the whole appointment. I got so emotional because I’ve been in so much pain. He told me he didn’t know what I needed to do next and he could refer me to the pain clinic.. I don’t want to be given pain pills and the problem not fixed and I told him that and he got very snappy with me. So I ended up leaving with zero answers."

"Well, all I can say is that you save my life. The staff was fabulous best people in the world. They were very caring and comforting and very on top of everything. And I appreciate all that you have done all of you. I couldn't ask for better care. And i'd be more than welcome to share my experience and let people know. That's where they need to go for any type of heart surgery"
