"My husband is currently a patient of one of the hematologists, and while he gets adequate/quality care when he is in the office, the administration of this office is a hot mess. They don't return calls within two business days on important medical concerns (not emergency, but important nevertheless). They don't communicate well with other offices as far as sending necessary documentation where it needs to go be it with insurance or an office they've referred out to. It honestly takes me getting a little upset (and I'm a REALLY nice person) after not being responded to after multiple calls to get anywhere with these guys. I don't know if they have ancient management software, poor training, understaffing, or lackadaisical workers, but it is a problem, and honestly is starting to not be worth it. Even if we weren't moving, I think I would find another provider soon for my husband."
