"Do not come to this location. The worst service you’ll get. Anytime we’ve come here, they will spend 10+ mins. talking to their friends and not take your order. The first time it happened we just blew it off, but it has been several times after that. I get that it’s kids who are employed here, but they are so unprofessional and rude. We will be taking our money elsewhere."

"After moving here from out-of-state, Quench It! has quickly replaced our Starbucks habit. The drinks are refreshing, delicious, sizable, AND affordable. We typically get 4 drinks for under $13! The staff is always welcoming and friendly, even when they are slammed and have a line out to the street. Their loyalty program is a point-system linked simply to your phone number, no app required! They also sell bags of ice and flavored pretzel bites. This is our new go-to spot for a refreshing pick-me-up."

"Great drinks! Today I tried the Spa water (water, lemons, limes) I avoid sweet drinks so this option was perfect for me. I love the pebble ice they use. I wish they had kombucha or natural tea options."
