"Horribly slow noone seems to know what to do. Waited for an extremely long time well the employees casually walked around ignoring all the customers, couldn't find people's prescriptions. I will never go here again."

"I have dealt with multiple issues regarding this store's pharmacy customer service, which has been very frustrating. These issues are specific to the pharmacy section of the store; I have no problems with the store in general. The Drive-through was often very slow. The staff member at the drive-through recently needed to speak English better, and it wasn't easy to understand what she was saying. Another time, I went to the counter, and the same person assisted me. Again, I struggled to understand her with her strong accent when speaking English. (I don't blame her, but I do blame management for making customers deal with someone who couldn't communicate well, putting both customers and her in a difficult situation.) Each time I have to call the local store for a specific refill that has to be manually done each month and is often not in stock, I need to speak with the pharmacy directly to see if they have it. When you call their local number, you get sent to a national line only to be transferred back to the local store, which almost always is a very long hold time before getting someone to answer. The last time was today. I was on hold with repeated messages that there were two callers ahead of me, and when it said there was one caller ahead of me around 10 minutes later, I continued on hold for another 20 minutes. Shortly after 30 minutes of being on hold, I was abruptly disconnected. I called back immediately, only to go through a very similar experience and automatic disconnection around 31 minutes again! On the third attempt, the recorded message said that more than three callers were ahead of me! And yes, the same thing happened eventually after 39 minutes of hold time! Beyond frustrated!"

"If there was a way to give negative 10 that would be a gift! Its no wonder they are facing mass layoffs because they are the absolute worst pharmacy on the planet. Shame on me for continuing to go there. They never have anything in stock simple easy prescription u can get at 20 other pharmacies are never in!"

"Customer service is the worst I have ever seen at any pharmacy chain. Undertrained and low performing. Corporate needs to allocate more resources or better trained staff. Every time I visit they are backed up and disorganized or cannot maintain staff. This pharmacy’s health is as if the staff took all c19 shots and boosters and don’t think clearly"

"The Walgreens employees who helped me at this Walgreens Pharmacy are not very well trained, and do not know how things work. You have to watch them very carefully. Think twice before taking the word of the people who work the cash registers at the Pharmacy."
