"I am in my 60s and visiting from overseas. Went to purchase a bottle of wine . I had my photo identification in the form of a drivers license from my home state. I was told in a brusque manner that this was unacceptable. I was refused service. This didn’t happen when my identification was shown at another nearby store. Utah, lift your game and change your rules. Ridiculous!!!"

"It's a state liquor store with fervent selection usually busy but the line moves. Utah needs to privatize alcohol sales and they'd double their profits while cutting expenses. Closed on all holidays and Sunday they lose a lot of business. It's a stupid Utah thing. Is your local liquor store closed on Presidents day and 4th of July?"

"Was shocked how rude the cashier was. Yelled at me from 20 feet away for being 1 foot past the “wait here” sign. Just wanted to set my stuff down on a flat surface that was still 20 feet away from him. When confronted he said he didn’t want my order getting mixed up with the customer he was ringing up (20 feet away). Don’t quite understand how that could happen. Guy needs/has a weird flex. Completely embarrassing and unprovoked. Called to complain, but seems it is the culture of the store. Back to bootlegging on my road trips."

"I came in around 6PM on Nov 14. The lady working was super kind (it says Reyna on the receipt) and very helpful. The guy working (didn’t get his name) was very rude and just had a short and mean response to the one question I asked, it made me feel bad didn’t feel like I could say a word after."

"Rude cashier on Oct 14, 2023, at 915pm. Asked for way to package expensive bourbon for airplane and he said "we only sell booze" . I'll try another store and hopefully get a better answer. I almost spent $400 but not there."
