"Walgreens Park City is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. You now need to give them at least 3 hours to fill a prescription called in by your physician. A few years ago, it was an hour or less. What was once a decent customer experience is now just awful."

"Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I waited hours for them to finally tell me they were out of Amoxicillin. I saw 4 or 5 people storm out in anger, and the techs are so used to being horrible they just yell back at angry customers. It was amazingly bad. I wanted to make sure they got a bad review but they only have 2 stars, so much like the angry customers yelling at them my review will have little effect."

"I called the pharmacy to get a prescription. I was placed on hold and informed that there were three calls ahead of me. Literally 50 minutes later the recording told me the pharmacy was now closed for lunch, and I could hold for 30 minutes more or call back. I don’t know if there is a staffing issue at this store, but they need to put in place a better phone system - possibly they can call back customers in the order they call. HORRIBLE communication system"
