"Ok…. If you know me, you know I am a HUGE Sodalicious fan! Huuuuge (think Donald Trump). But this location, guys! This is the closest one to my house, yet not the most convenient… why? You May ask. There is always only one person working at this location so it takes so long. And most of the time, once it hits the lips, I forget all about the wait, but today. Today hit different… actually it didn’t hit at all. I waited for 10 minutes at the window with a “taking a bathroom break” sign staring me in the face (see photo) Guys, 10 MINUTES!! At that point I was thinking that unless this person is a VERY thorough hand washer, I’m not sure I want them to touch my cup because they are probably ill. So now I sit in the very large, but moving, line at another Sodalicious to get my fill… literally. Sodalicious, my sweet treat, please fix this! -Your most devoted, but currently frustrated and thirsty, fan-"

"There were only 2 cars in front of me in the drive through and I waited over 15 minutes to order. The drinks are fine, but for a wait that long I’d rather go somewhere else"

"Was just here today 02/14/23. Ordered one drink and a cookie. Drink hardly had an ice (I didn’t tell them low ice) and my daughters cookie was rock hard. Edited to add that they were also out of a few different cookies and half and half."
