"Terrible customer service the cashier mumbled something I didn’t hear them right and the other lady told the girl who was register, i didn’t understand but the girl said He heard me he’s just acting dumb and started to laugh just to say customer service was terrible"

"Since finding this place, I've come here repeatedly to get all my items from el Pueblo to make authentic Mexican dishes. I've enjoyed their bakery and packaged goods they have available. As well as all the items to make champorado at home. Another big plus is the fact, that is if you've been to Mexico, you'll get the vibes of some of the markets are like in Mexico when you start to recognize the candies and products available are the same ones from Mexico, not some wanna be stuff. Only down fall is, I once came into the store, and for what it seems a restocking girl looked like she was taking a break in between on of the aisle. We assumed she was on duty as she WAS in the aisle, with packaged goods around her positioned to be put away, we decided to ask her a question regarding if they had or location of said item. Her attitude spoke volumes of how much disturbance we were bringing to her on her on-site break."

"Service isn’t great, food doesn’t look very fresh and packaged food is way overpriced!"

"Use to get my candy from here all the time not anymore!! Every single time for the past 6 months there’s nothing but expired candy. Just spend 25 dollars on expired nuts and candy."

"The restaurant is always a disappointment in customer experience. I order cheese and pork tamales they told me to come in three hours. I went there at 5 then told me that they weren’t ready. I had to get beef tamales even though I wanted a refund but they don’t do refunds. It’s very poor managed. I’m sure the owner doesn’t care it’s been like that for years"
