"Always a long line. Often times no one at pickup window to help the line. Normally spend 45 min waiting just to pay at Pharmacy. I do not recommend them. I am petitioning my company to switch plans. Out of meds, horrible communication. I have found it easier to use Good RX and pay a bit more"

"The last few times I’ve been here, it just seems that the staff has become completely disinterested in helping. I understand they might be busy, but it doesn’t take a lot of effort to at least look up and acknowledge that there are multiple people waiting in line. Even a Simple “we will be right with you” seems like too much to ask. After waiting for a while, if you do, finally speak up, they act annoyed that you are there. Customer service at its worst."

"After struggling for a week to get the medication I required CVS finally notified me it had arrived. I drove across town to pick it up in the middle of the day. I arrived at 12:29 only to see every single employee leaving the pharmacy and shutting it down. The pharmacist told me it was ready, but I could pick it up after 1:00. Yep, every single employee had to go on lunch at the same time, not even leaving a tech for pickups. I called my dr, had my prescription transferred to a nearby pharmacy. They had it in stock and ready for me before I arrived, plus a drive through, which was so much better than fighting the busy parking lot at CVS and needing to go in. This is now my last resort place to go and I’m struggling to imagine a situation I’ll ever go there again."
