"an employee charged me full price for a XL coffee cup that was only used to heat up my own food in. i did not receive any drink from the site in the cup. i brought my own food in snd used one cup to heat my food in. then i tossed that cup in the garbage and went to pay and the man then charged me $2.29 for a full bot coffee that i did not receive. he came off super annoyed by me being there. he was soo worried about me stealing a paper cup, but instead he stole $2 from me to over pay for that said cup that i didn't get my coffee in but paid fully as if i did. This to me is theft!"

"Bought donuts yesterday in the bags and one had mold on it. Went in there today and got a strawberry milk and it had mold in it along with stale bread on their hot sandwich. Definitely avoid"

"Went in to buy a drink and use the bathroom. Sign on door say urinal only. Which ok I can still use the bathroom. As soon as I step out I get verbally abused and then told they wanted to watch me use the bathroom to make sure I wasn’t using the toilet… 1/18/23 around 4:10pm"

"Avoid this location, when reading all the comments, the same thing happened to me today. I went in to use the bathroom and buy some lunch well they had no food hot and ready so as I was leaving, the man behind the register verbally jumped me for not saying thank you. This guy must have a terrible life or something since he tends to do this to most customers. Maverick across the street is better, cleaner bathrooms, more professional and polite as well as more stock"

"Don’t know if this was the owner or just a worker there but I was having an emergency situation and had to use the bathroom, as soon as I was done I came out, felt sick so I looked for a drink which might settle my stomach but didn’t find one. As we were walking out, the man at the register says “hey, what did your parents teach you when you leave an establishment?” Stunned I answered a confused “thank you?” And he continues, “exactly, it’s the LEAST you could do. Be polite.” Where I have a problem with this is I’m a fairly regular customer at this particular 7 eleven and have never seen this man but I’m always polite and i buy things on a consistent basis and never give attitude. I’m also in my mid twenties and although I have a baby-face, I find it completely rude and disrespectful to insult a regular customer just because I didn’t purchase something and profusely thank the employee. I just found that bizarre and unprofessional. Go to maverick across the street for better service from those who won’t insult you."
