"We adopted our oldest daughter from here and there are honestly no words to say what a positive experience we had. From beginning to end of the adoption process, we had a caring representative who worked closely with us as well as the birth mother to ensure that everything was accurately represented, she was a very effective communicator, and she truly cared about us and the birth mother. We have adopted through other agencies and our experience paled in comparison to our experience at Children's Service Society. We are preparing to adopt again, and CSS is definitely our first choice as far as agencies are concerned."
