"My 3 month old only lasted about a month and a half here. She kept coming home with a bum rash and for whatever reason, she would come home in a new outfit every single day. When I asked about it her teachers would say that she kept peeing on herself. She has never peed on herself one time at home so I thought that was so strange. Once or twice fine but every day? The front of her shirts were also always stained because they were clearly propping her bottle which I get is hard to avoid when you have so many babies to watch. One day she came home with a terrible rash and according to the app they use, her bum had only been changed twice in 8 hours with the last time being 4 hours before I picked up. When I asked them about it, suddenly someone started logging bum changes in the app one after the other and they were all bowel movements when at the time she was only pooping maybe once a day so I knew that wasn’t accurate. The last straw for me was when they tightened her brace for her club foot so tight that her foot was purple. I sent pictures to the director and I was very disappointed about how nonchalant she was about it. It was clearly tightened out of frustration because she would wiggle out of it and that scared me. The director asked me what time I would be dropping off the next morning so she could be there so I could show her how to put the brace on correctly (I already showed her and all of the teachers when she started there and I even provided an instruction sheet if they needed it) but much to my disappointment, she wasn’t there at drop off like she said she was going to be. Some of her teachers clearly loved her but over all, I didn’t feel that my baby was safe or taken care of. Her basic needs were met I.e. she was fed but her diaper wasn’t changed often enough and her club foot brace clearly irritated the staff. I also caught them not following safe sleep a few times (she was in her crib with her sleep sack just laid underneath her and not zipped on to her body) and that worried me. Overall, Lollipops was not for us and I would advise any parent against going there just from my experience. There were way too many issues especially in such a short amount of time."
"Taking care of our daughter is very important and we searched many places and we arrived at this wonderful place where they fill our baby with love, they take care of her and her companions with a lot of patience and affection, they are a very clean place and they always send reports of the children, we recommend them 100% my baby is happy and we are calm thank you girls for taking care of our little girl. they do a wonderful job ❤️"
"It has been such an amazing experience for my two children who are 5 and 1 to attend this school. The summer camp program is by far the best I’ve come across and the Staff is always so kind and caring. I feel confident that my kids are in good hands. I could not have chosen a better place. Thank you!"
"I recommend Lolipops. Please take the time to read below and understand. 1 Calling to set up a walk thru. 2. Using the service. 1. This part of the review is for communication in setting up an appointment which is 2 out of 5 stars. The owner deserves to be aware. My wife’s conversation started like this with the call center: “Yes we are calling to see if you have availability for Orem for a 2 year old and a 4 month old. Representative: “Perfect. One second. Yes we do have availability for a 3 year old and a 2 year old (or something completely incorrect).” “No, we have a 2 Year old and a 4 month old, looking for availability.” “Perfect. Yes, we have availability for a 5 year old and a 2 month old (or something completely incorrect) This was repeated a few more times. “We would like to schedule a walk thru, my friend is the owner and I haven’t seen the one in Orem yet, it has been a while.” “Perfect. We can send you a registration form (to start the program) and you can register and send it back.” “No. We are looking to do a walk through to see the facility.” (This was said a few times) “Perfect. —— We then go on to attempt to schedule, however it is nearly impossible and communication failures of paying attention keep happening. My wife would like to use this school. I am a believer that if there is a problem in the beginning, there will be consistent problems throughout. Communication is the key piece to all successful businesses. I am curious how much business has been lost by frustrated parents who just hang up or do not continue. Mistakes happen, however, this is beyond a single mistake. It is a condition. ———- 2. Using the service 4 out of 5 stars. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food they provide the kids is generous, each partitioned and brought on nice treys, and I was impressed with delivery while visiting. The rooms are clean, organized, and well maintained. Activities appear to be joyful and I have yet to see a kid cry (although it happens it appears less frequent or better managed). The teachers are kind, thoughtful and loving overall. They truly care about the kids. We have a 6 month old and a 2 year old that attends. In most cases, the daycare exceeds expectations in most categories. There is only one change or improvement that should be made for top level service. The one change is setting a schedule for 1 picture a day of each child. The best day cares do this as a standard. The worst things about having to do day care is the separation of parent and child. It’s good to read about a child’s status, but one photo beats words most of the time. Parents want to be part of their child’s life and experiences. They need to see expressions - feel their child, and know they had happy moments. I personally am disappointed when there is no photo. I think it would help the parents connect better and build stronger relationships. —— I would also add that 5 stars has become increasingly too common, but we understand the love. Thanks for the day care process you built. I admire your facilities and look forward to my children having a joyous place! I truly wish I can 5 star, but again, everything has to be spot on in sequence. Thanks guys! - Sean"
"I've worked with the new owner of Just 4 Kids Adventures now for over 5 years and have loved every second of it! My daughter loves all of the staff and even wants to become a teacher because of how wonderful they are! I trust Ariel and her staff completely with my daughter and can't recommend them enough! :)"
