"I love their paints. I've never had problems with chipping after an amount of time. They are worth their cost and it's not much more than a valspar you buy at Lowe's. They do color matching that I've had done before with no problems. I always recommend them when asked about brands/companies. I'll be honest I don't know if they have or suggest contractors you can hire because I've always done it myself. But other than that they're great."

"Consumer, not professional painter, so maybe your experience will differ, but very poor service. Drove 10 miles to store. No longer carried the specific PPG paint I had. Did sample to show how compared to recommended substitute (why I gave 2 vs 1 star) but then didn't want to match. At 4:30 said I would need to come back next day for him to mix. ?? Not busy. I came in at 4:15, let him help 1 other customer while sample dried... But with 30 minutes until store closed, he didn't want to mix a gallon of paint? Will not drive miles again to go to a PPG store. Much more helpful and eager to service at Home Depot. Sad."

"Quick knowledgeable and friendly service and if this store doesn't have what you need to do a paint job then you don't need it because this store is nicely stocked which being a painting contractor it is much appreciated because when you need something you can't wait for them. To order it in. You need it now and this store is capable of doing just that."

"I was treated like a liar by two employees when trying to return paint that was the lowest quality paint I've ever used (but apparently it was their expensive brand: Manor Hall). My husband is a professional at construction and has painted many many times, we're both disappointed in the quality of product and customer service. Only go here if you like being mistreated after given a terrible product."
