"Lizzie designed an amazing kitchen for me and all the staff at Express Cabinets worked together to make it happen. Lizzie was very responsive through the whole process. She picked up on my design style and I was blown away when I saw her plan. When there were a few flaws with my cabinets they worked hard to make it right. I am enjoying having custom cabinets that make my kitchen so much more functional!"

"We experienced lack of communication and lack of attention to detail, as well as questionable charges. Lizzie took incorrect initial measurements, which took months to correct. We always had to hound her down to understand where things were in the process of amending her error. We paid in full prior to receiving the vanity (over $2300), and after being delivered the incorrect vanity, Express Cabinets charged an additional $650 with no invoice. We had to hound Lizzie for the invoice (she was very hesitant to provide it to us)- why are we being charged MORE for an incorrect vanity? Nobody could provide answers, and at one point Lizzie accused us of not paying in full. The whole experience was troubling, disrespectful, dishonest and unprofessional. At no point was empathy or compassion shown by Lizzie or her project manager, Amanda. We're relieved that this process is over."

"Nice salespeople and Elizabeth was great to work with us every step of the way. I was satisfied with their customer service. However the quality of their cabinets is not great. We are not even 4 years into the new kitchen and the stain is running off on highly touched cabinets. I did not think stain could rub off. The wood is super soft and dings easily as well."
