"CMT 333-03 broke a couple of months after purchase. Routerbitworld would not answer repeated questions about turnaround time for repair work, did not notify me when it arrived at their shop, and when I called 3 weeks later they finally mentioned there is a shorting on the parts and there is no potential date for possible repair. I understand the shortage (most people are dealing with materials shortages at the moment). However, it does not explain the poor communication, not being transparent about policy, and overall abysmal customer service. Not to mention I had to pay shipping costs on an item that has a lifetime warranty and broke very quickly, which seems unreasonable. Especially since they will be holding my barely used boring system indefinitely from what I can tell. Terrible experience."

"Had a specific Freud blade I needed in stock. Unlike everyone else who drop ships Freud products, these guys actually keep inventory. Not only that, but they had the blade for the cheapest price I could find and the shipping wasn't inflated like most other vendors. I will definitely buy from them again next time."

What was sent was an inexpensive knock off by Amana Tool which "fits" Porter cable routers, not the OEM part their invoice and website promoted. This is a bait and switch, which should be an illegal practice."
