"After being diagnosed with covid pneumonia at the end of 2021, I was on oxygen. We got the concentrator in August and decided to buy our own in January. We called IHC in January and asked them to pick up the concentrator and they informed me that it wouldn't be soon because they were short on workers because of covid. I realized that we still had the concentrator around April and called again, they informed me they would send someone as soon as they could. In May they picked up the concentrator. When I received they bill they continued to charge us even though we weren't using the concentrator. I called and the person in billing I spoke with told me that shouldn't have happened, no more bills until July of 2023. I couldn't remember exactly why we didn't owe this bill when I called and they said we just owed it. I asked if they had any notes and they said no. Anyway, I didn't want anything going to collections so I made a payment and then remembered why. My husband called and disputed the bill and they said we still owed. I have no complaints about their service but billing leaves a lot to be desired! Be very careful with documenting if you aren't covered 100% because they will take advantage!"
