"I purchased a used Ice Machine from Ryan. I don't usually buy used restaurant equipment, but Ryan said it was an excellent machine and he would guarantee and install it. It took him several days to complete the work. There was a part missing that he said he would replace. The machine leaked from day one. The ice machine was finally finished on August 5, 2022. We are a seasonal business and closed on September 5th 2022. We sold our business on May 5th 2023 and attempted to start up the ice machine for the new owners. It leaked everywhere and made a terrible noise. I shut it down and called Ryan. He came up on may 16th. He could not determine what was wrong and told the new owners that he would have to contact the manufacture. He then told me it was due to our well and there was something wrong with the water. We immediately had the water tested. The water was excellent. I advised Ryan. I told him to either fix the machine or refund the price and we could part as friends. He refused to answer any calls or texts. The new owners tried to call and text. He would not respond to them. We purchased a new ice machine and I installed it. What really bothers me about this I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and considered Ryan to be a friend. I guess a business relationship and friendship is worth $1400.00"

"We had a very difficult-to-diagnose problem with our GE dishwasher and our tech, Brandon Kuboski, had to make 3 trips to complete the repair. It was obvious to us Brandon would not give up until our DW was repaired. As he worked, he described what steps he took, keeping us informed all the time. He was very honest throughout the process. He installed a new controller board on his first visit, thinking that was the problem; but due to the 4+ hour cycle on the machine, he couldn't wait. That didn't fix it, so he came back. He reinstalled our old board because it didn't solve the problem, so he tried replacing our sensor with used one he had. Again, the problem was not solved, so he ordered a new sensor and that fixed the problem! Brandon was so diligent, professional, courteous, competent, knowledgeable and honest, we will ALWAYS call him for any appliance repair we might have! Thank you Alan's Appliance Repair for sending Brandon to us!!! We had a second, different problem with our dishwasher. This time we got Ryan. He was incredibly efficient: diagnosed the problem on the first visit, got the right part and fixed it on the second, saving us money, time and frustration! Thank you, Ryan. We are customers for life!!"

He even removed his shoes when coming into my home. He was not able to repair the oven at the time but was able to diagnose it for us and get us what we needed in order to contact whirlpool company. "Called with a freezer not freezing and my fridge not staying as cold as it should. They were able to fit me in in about 36 hours. There was a part that needed to be ordered and replaced, but they also did a clean out of the part that was failing that helped keep my food and fridge working until the part came in. The secretary was nice and personable and easy to communicate and schedule with. The repairman that came was professional and quick, and nice to my toddler that kept wanting to show off his cars and be interested in what was going on. They charged me for the original visit, but only charged for the part replacement when they returned to install it. I would definitely recommend them, or use them again for any appliance repair I needed."
