"I came in not really knowing how rent a center works and Brian and Eric helped me out explaining into detail what they do and how it works. Even answering my dumb questions lol but they were great. They gave me a couch at discount and I LOVE my couch! They also did delivery and it was fast and on time! Amazing team definitely going here for my stuff from now on! Thank you guys!"

"Rent a center itself is amazing and I absolutely love working with erwin and Brian they are very understanding and show nothing but amazing customer service on the other hand rent a center has been dreadful to work with due to victor Medina I am not sure when he was hired but he has made working with rent a center a dreadful experience he swears at his customers and threatens to come take people's stuff on the same day the payment is due. He is very unprofessional and I have made complaints to cooperate so I really hope they get rid of this bad egg. I've never felt so disrespected by a customer service representative in my life. I suggest they do get rid of him before the store gets shut down cedar city is the lowest ranking store in the district. And I'm starting to understand why."
