"I’d go elsewhere for piercings. Took my 9 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. The placement markers (marker dots) weren’t even, so my wife had the girl fix them. Then even after the new dots, the girl missed the mark on one of the ears and now one ear is centered and the other ear is noticeable inside (not centered). Now we have to remove the bad one and wait for it to heal for 2 months before doing it all over. With that said the staff were very friendly and prices for everything were fine."

"I felt like I was 17 again, inside this store today lol. Very pleased with the customer service and the clerk whom was very experienced, when I asked if she could let me know if their ankle bracelets, could extend to 12 inches. Not only did she take the ankle bracelet off the package, but even measured it to see if it was. It reached 11 inches, so she suggested to buy the extenders that can either go for those or necklaces. Very appreciative and thank you to the lady, who was very kind and helpful!"

"We came here to get my 5 year old daughter’s ears pierced and had a great experience! The manager was so good at helping my daughter be calm and relaxed. Sadly one of her earrings came out after getting stuck in hair, so we had to go back to get one of them done again. The manager was once again so kind and helpful. Thank you!"

"My daughter went in with a group of friends because they were doing a scavenger hunt for a youth activity, but she was also going to purchase some new jewelry. They stepped in the store and the woman working immediately told them ‘we don’t allow scavenger hunts in here and asked them to leave. They immediately left without buying what she came in for. I absolutely understand not wanting to disrupt your business for a youth activity but it would have been nice if she had maybe waited to see if they were also paying customers, which they were. Really not happy about the experience and won’t go back to this location."

"when I came into this Clair's there was a red hair lady working at the time she seemed very nice at the beginning when I asked her about their piercings . After walking around with my 3 year old daughter, my daughter decided to start putting on a bunch of bracelets I kept saying out loud to my daughter that she isn't getting them and that she has to put them back once it was time to leave . So I ended up buying her a necklace and after that I was having a difficult time with my 3 year old to put the bracelets back she started running towards the door and the lady says to me " make sure you take that bracelet off before she leaves " I was thinking wow !!!! Obviously that's what I'm trying to do here . Anyways I finally got a hold of my daughter and forced the bracelet off of her . I was a little bit frustrated with my daughter so I didn't put the bracelet back in the right spot because I just wanted to get out of there at this point ! I finally walked out of the store and the lady came out and says to me where is the bracelet ? I responded and say over there I pointed right at it . She then responded and says I can't see it where did you put it !?!? So I had to turn around go back into the store and show her. How ridiculous! I was going to come back next week and get my daughters ears pierced but definitely not going back there after being treated like that ."
