The new technician who handled my eyebrows not only failed to meet my expectations but also exhibited unprofessional behavior when I sought assistance from the manager. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, there has been a lack of resolution, and my concerns have not been appropriately addressed. I strongly urge customers to avoid getting any type of services at Ulta Beauty."

"I went to this Ulta tonight, and it was so hot in there. Their make up and testers were melting, it ruined one of my jackets. Be careful going in there and going near testers, just walking by it will ruin your stuff. so disappointing."
