"Went there today to use my Starbucks gift card. An employee didn't have information about Starbucks gift-cards yet she had a ridiculing manner. The coffee I got had a bad milk in it and made my stomach bad. Don't go to Campus Store, rather go to the coffee-shop at Marriot Library."
"Lost order, system crashed and they did not let those waiting know for 15 min. After the orders were retake. It was an overall 30 min wait. Employees did well but it was very poor communication."
