"They really want you to make an appointment, but have a horrible online portal for doing so. There’s no great way to get questions answered ahead of time, and the online system makes it difficult to schedule an appointment. It pushes you to do most things remotely, but isn’t informative or at all helpful. I truly wanted to make an appointment, I prefer to do things in person. I needed up waiting two hours. I would gladly make an appointment and not waste my own time, but it’s an impossible system. The first question when you show up is “do you have an appointment “, I heard them ask it 300 times. But nobody had one. Maybe because it’s so difficult to navigate….? More government efficiency."
