"The store associate as well as the manager were very unprofessional they would not apply my coupons even though I showed them what they were they were very rude and told me that I just need to pay for my stuff and next time I can just go to Walmart I will not be going back to the store there and intimidations will not work on me. I have made a corporate complaint. As much money as I spend in that place to be treated like that with such disrespect, I will not be returning to your store Not to mention how filthy dirty nasty that store was, and they had totes and six wheelers all over the place you couldn’t even walk through the store In my honest opinion, that manager needs to be retrained and so does every associate in that store!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"2022: This store is closest to my house so I usually come here but it’s really frustrating they are always closing the store even in the middle of the day. I’d rather go the extra distance and shop at a different family dollar. I will add the manager and 1 other male staff are really cool other then that pretty disappointed at this location 2023: Almost everything you find here is priced wrong. I double check the signs to make sure they match the product I want. Bring it up to the register and it’s $5 to $10 more than was marked. And they won’t honor the prices marked. They’ve been using the same excuses for months now, “the store probably had a reset and no one’s got around to changing price tags.” Or recently “Because of the remodel everything is mixed around.” The family dollar or 3100s just from the street is so much better! 2024: My review has completely changed! They did a remodel a while back and it has made a huge difference. Also, Dennis the manager is so nice! He’s really good at making sure I feel respected and heard! I’m so happy this place has changed for the better because it seriously is 2 minutes from my house and I shop here almost every day sometimes even multiple times a day!"

"This store is always closed. We watch it open and then it closes and then it opens up again. You never know when they will be open it's just a hope they will be open when you go. The staff is very rude. You try to ask questions and they are rude when they answer. The store is always dirty. The manager leaves and closes the store and it will be closed for a few hours before being reopened. The last time we were in there my granddaughter asked about a job and they said they were fully staffed if that's the case why are they always closing in the middle of the day?"
