"If I could give a zero stars today I definitely would. Shopping at Harmons and notice that Monsters are on Sale today for .99 cents. Take our monsters up and the kid starts helping us scan them since they won’t scan at all. He accidentally rang us up for 99@.99cents calls Manager Tammy over to void and she says “first of all who rang these up as grocery?” Well obviously since your employee is standing there he did. She proceeds to be rude and tell us that they aren’t on sale for that when the tag is clearly marked .99 cents on it and could t give us a reason why. We were just supposed to take her word for it. It’s called false advertising. It said 16oz monster for .99 cents. She refused to give them for that price and was rude to us and her employee! She needs to be told what a customer service manager does. Serves customers without being angry. I love Harmons but will not put up with poor customer service."

"Great QC harmons. Still having products on the shelf that are a month past expiration date. I just about called today my last day after taking a few gulps before realizing it smelt bad. Do better!"

"We bought 2 of their Montreal steak skewers for dinner tonight. Grilled them up they smelled amazing. Attempted to eat a piece... could not even finish chewing or swallowing the piece. It tastes like they dumped an entire bottle of salt on it. I thought maybe it was just that piece and tried another... nope not just one. The entire thing is so salty it is not edible at all. Disappointed in the wasted money."

"I’ve reported grocery stores for disgusting food quality before and this Harmons will be second on my list. Not only was I infected with norovirus, maintained a 102 fever for 2 days, and still 5 days later can’t eat without nausea, but the director of food safety of this store said “it’s not us, it’s past the 3 day symptoms” when symptoms are consistent with incubation periods for norovirus and even other foodborne illnesses. Our food was cooked well but as you may know, even well cooked food can still make you sick. They initially offered me a $15 store credit on a $52 steak. I brought most of the steak back and he was adamant that less than half was there. Receipts and proof are attached. We were pretty regular customers to Harmons, and will be going to sprouts from now on. I’ve never had an issue returning any food before but Harmons won’t stand behind their product and gaslight their customers out of cheapness and poor customer service. I’d highly advise going elsewhere."
