"This is my third time getting food from Nektar since they had a reopening in the Lehi store. I'm impressed by the fruit bowls, the vegan ice cream, and the smoothies. They're all really delicious and healthy. The acai bowls with dragon fruit and agave was superb and I felt healthy eating it. The new Nintendo themed vegan ice cream was surprisingly way better and refreshing than I'd thought they'd be. I had the Platoon 3 yellow turmeric flavored one. Today, I had my first smoothie, the mango one, I can't remember the exact name but I added the pea protein and it was to die for, and super healthy. I loved it, I also got a side of the shot of ginger lemon, very gingery and it was great! Everytime I got the superior customer service and it's pretty quick. I can only expect over time it'll get faster! I'll be there often and I recommend it to different people! Keep it up!"

"I truly have never experienced such horrible service. I used to work at a Nekter, I know how it should be. First off, walked in, both girls just stared at me and didn’t say anything. They then started to make my bowl. The girl was scooping granola off the box on the floor into my bowl (disgusting) She made my bowl then just let it sit there and went and helped more customers at the register. After getting through that line she finally gave me my bowl and it was melted. Honestly won’t come back here. Not to mention, absolutely NO taste in my peanut butter bowl. I’ve never had something so bland. Also, didn’t really enjoy the frozen chunks of fruit that didn’t get blended at all. Happened on June 12th at 11:25am. I highly suggest you retrain those employees."
