"Not bad but not great. Kind of expensive grilled cheese. If they had a higher quality bread and more unique cheeses and a slightly larger sandwich it could be great. Not very unique flavors or outstanding ingredients. The brisket grilled cheese dipped in the sauce is pretty good but I also got the French dip and it totally bombed. There wasn’t even grilled onions in it. I would not consider that a French dip."

"Just stopped in here for lunch. I got the Brisket and my wife got the chicken parm. We also had the cheese tots. Everything was fantastic! From the food, to the service, and the restaurant. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu! Super friendly and delicious. It wasn’t until half way through that I realized I had to take a picture so half the sandwich is gone for both of us. It’s not often I feel I have to do a review but this one was a must! Stop in a try it!"

"Update! We decided to give Melty another shot and no I'm not writing this because the gave me free food or anything. We paid but wow the experience was different. The food was still really really good but the wait was minimal. Overall very very good!! At this point the only thing they need is music to make the ambiance a little better! If you're curious as to the previous issue, see below. These guys are great and have a good tasting diverse menu. I really love the idea and the staff was very friendly. All the makings for a good restaurant. However.... We waited OVER A HOUR for our food and there are only 7 other people in the store with only 1 person ordering. There is no reason for food taking that long to prepare. Very disappointed in how long this is taking... Full disclosure I'm writing this after an hour of waiting and our food still isn't done. Second to this and a note to the owner, you gotta make your menu pricing make sense... To make your meal a combo and add 2 Mac and cheese bites is 7 dollars. For a full entree of 4 it's only 8 dollars. Could be a clever pricing strategy with great margins but either way, don't make the customer think so much!"

"Do you love grilled cheese sandwiches? Are you the person who eats ALL the cheese sticks your mom brought to share with everybody? Then you're gonna love Melty! Pictured are The Italian and the Artichoke and Tomato sandwiches. I don't snort cheese in my free time, so I felt they went a little overboard with the mozzarella on The Italian. Much less overboard with the cheese on the artichoke/tomato. I highly recommend the tomato basil soup to dip your sandwich. Bread was perfectly crisp and very light. Prices aren't unreasonable. Friendly staff, but it's a self service style cafe. Clean interior, very basic atmosphere. Personally, not gonna try the sandwiches I got again because my idea of a fun Friday night doesn't involve injecting cheese and butter into my veins, but I will be back to try some others."
