Reviews
"I ordered almost $50 worth of food and they gave no meat on all crunch wrap supremes. I tried calling back and the phone is off the hook."
"I’ve left a 5-star review for this location before but today was completely disappointing. It’s not the fault of the employees, but it’s the fact that I wasn’t allowed to use legal US tender (cash) to purchase my food. I didn’t have any of my cards or other forms of payment with me. All I had was a $100 bill and they refused it because “we don’t carry change for a bill that large.” That excuse may have worked 4 years ago when my cravings box was $5, but prices have doubled. My average purchase at Taco Bell used to be under $10, it’s now doubled due to inflation and yet you won’t accept a $100 bill and tell me it’s because you can’t make $80 in change for my $20 order? Absurd and disappointing. Please reconsider this policy of not accepting $100 bills. Glad there’s a Del Taco opening down the street."
"We ordered online. Showed up to the store and we're ignored for a solid 5 minutes in a fairly empty store. Ended up grabbing our own order off the rack. Got the food home and found everything was cold. Not your 10 minute drive home cold, but instead here's some food we made 40 minutes ago and threw in a box cold. Speaking of boxes none of them had the correct items inside. No one wants a bean burrito... Ever. I don't expect much from Taco Bell, but they somehow were below my expectations."
"UPDATE: Still leading the way as the worst place to eat in Utah County. The worst dinner at a Taco Bell ever. That's a Crunch Wrap Supreme in the pictures. Where is the lettuce, tomatoes, meat, sour cream... Mostly wrap and taco shell. To be fair, all of our items were like this. Anyway, avoid this place. It should be a last ditch place to go."
"If only they allowed multiple bad reviews... 6 months later 8/8 1:30 all but 2 employees are worth firing. I guess this is the problem when you don't pay a living wage you can't expect even 2 star service. Never should you walk into a retail establishment and wait 5 minutes to be asked if you need help. If you start paying people $30 an hour you can compete for quality labor. Do it and I'll be happy to pay more. 1 of your best employees seems worth 2-3 of your average. I had a rather terrible experience recently. Today's current staff as of 12:30 pm really rushed and literally tossed my order into the bag.... One of the tacos was turned upside down spilling a good amount of tomatoes and lettuce through out my order. The burritos I ordered were spilling their guts in their wrapping to the point it exploded no matter how I was going to eat it. Yes it coated my hands a bit and got on my clothes. You need to have the basic empathy if wrapping the food here as it causes such terrible messes and potential distractions while driving as a burrito volcano oozes with each bite. Mind you each wrapper being dirty with food added to the mess more than normal. It's not great to feel like I need to wash clothes and parts of the interior of my car after eating food...."
