"I went in with my husband at 7:40, and th barista told us they were closed. The posted hours are until 8pm but we were refused service. There were actually people in line ahead of us too that were able to order. Absolutely atrocious service!"

"I've had a really rough day and went in for a pick me up. The lovely gentleman at the register, whose name I regretfully didn't catch, picked this up. His small act of kindness really made a huge difference and brightened my whole day. Now I can finish off the year feeling a bit better. "

"I’ve went to this Starbucks for over a year now. I get the same drink. Today, the heavy cream in my drink was spoiled. Rancid. So I brought it back to tell them, I nicely told them that it was chunky, tasted spoiled, and honestly it smelled rancid. The guy that took my drink was nice and so is the girl (she’s always nice) but the rest of the crew tried to embarrass me by them taking sips of the heavy cream and loudly saying “it’s not spoiled. You’d know if it was spoiled.” I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service there until today. They keep switching employees every month, and this month it looks like very immature teenage boys. It’s getting to the point to where it doesn’t even taste like Starbucks anymore due to the turnaround rate. I know that the employees don’t care if they lose a customer (because they’re immature unfortunately) but they definitely lost one today. (The one star is for the girl, you’re great!)"
