"I come here often due to my close occupation. I am most of the times disappointed and leave with a frown on my face. If the soda is not flat then it is the capability to fulfill orders correctly. When I try to be polite and ask for it to be redone I am always met with rudeness or anger. Also if someone was allergic to an ingredient and asks for it to be removed, you wouldn't expect someone to try and scrape said item off and still have residue. I continuously ask for no onions and am met with onions. I can sit in one lane of the drive through and watch 3 cars go by without my order being taken or even me being addressed. Something needs to change here. It's super unprofessional. If this happens more often to me I wonder how many others are going through this too."

"Look I understand this location is in a rough part of town but that doesn't excuse your Security guy for being completely rude to kids. I was sitting down eating my food and one of the kids dropped something on the floor and was cleaning it up when your security guys say" you better pick that up your mom doesn't live here and if you have a problem then there's the door, this is my house" the guy should be fired"

"My whole experience with this particular McDonald's was horrendous from start to finish!!!! I drove up to one of the drive thrus and had to actually back up and try the other side because they wouldn't acknowledge me there while two other patrons ordered from the other speaker. While, I waited at the other speaker; two other cars ordered from the other speaker until I was actually acknowledged. And after getting the food, the food appeared old and tough. After trying to eat the food, it was old and overcooked!! Never going back!!!!!"

"This was a quick stop for a bite to tide us over with my a couple of the kids with us. We went thru the drive thru and even though it was slow business, we were put off to wait a couple of minutes and the assistant that took the order was very crisp and short in his interaction.He stated the price and told us to pay at the window where we were completely ignored for another several minutes while he (I'm assuming) took the order for the people behind us. When he finally took our payment and we moved forward to the window to receive our order, only half of the order was correct, and none of the condiments we requested were included. That kept us trying to get it sorted. As a supervisor and a manager, I would hope review for management as well as employees could be considered in improving the atmosphere. It will be a place I will think twice before visiting again. If you plan on stopping in, be prepared to take your time to make sure things are correct before leaving. Be accountable for your time if you want your order correct."
