"I LOVE RAW BEAN, love love love. All locations, coffee is amazing. The ONE THING: whoever the manager is, please get a system for taking orders. The order memorizing isn’t working. If I get more than one drink it always gets made wrong. Even when I get just my regular drink, it’s a 30% chance it also gets made wrong, which is pretty high considering I go all the time and a simple order taking technology system could easily fix this problem. I feel bad for the baristas because I know it’s not their fault if they can’t remember multiple drinks. Please get a order taking system - it’ll create much better business and is much more efficient :)"
