"excellent sugar cookies with a variety of toppings. Friendly and quick service too. I'd love to see a chocolate or cookies and cream base/batter. that would knock my taste buds' socks off"

"Walked into twisted sugar today there was a sign saying ring the bell for service so I did. Waited about 5 or so minutes and no one came to help. It did not smell great inside, lights were broken, didn’t feel comfortable waiting more than I did. Love the cookies but couldn’t buy any."

"Just went to get some drinks at first the girl super blonde hair was decent ,I explained to her with my card you have to insert the chip 3 times and swipe it cause the chip doesn’t work for some reason she got an attitude and was like it has to use the chip if it has a chip so I again explained you have to run the card 3 times and then swipe it she does after huffing and puffing and it worked then she hands the card back says will be right out and slams the window. She should really work on her customer service I’ll go else where moving forward bad customer service is just not the way to keep customers! Drink barely had any ice and poor flavor very unsatisfied"

"This is one of the very few places that does gluten free safely and I am so grateful to have found it! You can get any sugar cookie flavor they have GF. I got caramel and cotton candy and they were so good. Definitely coming back for a treat soon."

"Really good cookies, and I appreciate they don’t over-frost them. It’s a great ratio of frosting to cookie so it doesn’t overpower the taste. I like the sugar cookies best, but not my favorite chocolate chip cookies. What makes this place different from other cookie shops, is that they also do sodas here. Which is a nice twist because you could just come here just for a mixed soda. And the interior decor is very nice."
