"I was very impressed with Mark Miller Subaru's service. I initially order the wrong hitch, the next day I corrected the order and it was delivered the very next day! We are 4 hours from any major city and usually nothing makes it here in overnight and takes at least 2 days minimum. Also, my boyfriend had no issues with the installing the hitch with the instructions they provided."
"It’s super cool when you make an 8am appointment, drop off the car early, come back at 10.30am and they have not even started on your car. Even better when you say that you really need them to be done in the next hour and they take till 12.30. Then they take an extra 15 min to bring your car up front. Just lovely."
"I received the worst service I have ever had. I did my due diligence days ahead, called and made an appointment the first thing on Monday morning. I showed up 3 minutes early only for them to tell me there wasn't an appointment. I was having a serious issue with my Outback and was leaving on a cross country road trip the next day. Why wait until the day before? Because I was told this is the soonest they could get me in. Unfortunately, the Service Advisor looked me in the eye and said there was nothing he could do. I had clocked out from work to get this done and was counting on the shuttle taking me back and working late at my job. I left and was forced to take my car to the Mid-Town location where they said they were very busy (and looked busy) but still were able to get my car in on an emergency schedule. Thanks to Mark Miller South Towne I lost half a day of PTO precious right before my 2 week vacation because THEY messed up and accidentally booked me July 1st!!! It's not just bad that they were incompetent but also that they were too inflexible to admit they made a mistake. I don't think I will go back. I realize both locations are own by the same family but there is something seriously wrong with the management at South Towne."
