"Terrible. I emailed texted and talked on the phone with a salesman named Adrian about a 2022 Jeep Gladiator. We negotiated a price, set an appointment by text and email. Me and my wife showed up 2 minutes early for our 4pm appointment, down payment in hand. Adrian happened to be outside, I shook his hand, told him I was there to see him about the Jeep, Adrian told me he’d be right back, then told another salesman to help us that salesman told us the gladiator we had made an appointment to buy just sold and that sales are first come first serve. Why make an appointment? We drove an hour one way to make this deal. Terrible experience. Worse than one star."

"Cheaper parts than others in the area. However the parts are damaged. I did order a part I got wrong in good condition. Returning the one said part has been a pain. Very unresponsive. And not willing to acknowledge damage on this. Changing review from 2 stars to 1."
