"My experience with my counselor has been amazing. They are very helpful in what I need and want for my mental health. They work with me on subjects that I fear and I have become less anxious about it. So, I give my individual therapist a 10/5 star rating. However, the business mindful counseling is a different matter. It’s run poorly. I’m not sure who the higher up is, but I know that they need to take a class on leadership and practice ownership. I would not recommend the company as one to look into by itself. There are counselors there who do amazing work and help many others. It’s the practice they work for that gets 2 stars."
