Emma at the front is always so nice and friendly and remembers my son by his name. She always answers all of our questions and if she doesn't know she figures it out quickly. "UPDATE - Received a phone call from Shane, explained the situation, took ownership etc, explained all the details and how everything works that we missed up front... Decided to attempt to pursue the sessions again, will see after first few sessions and update. Previous - We tried this place out as we saw a lot of positive reviews, however our experience was different. We booked an appointment to bring our Son in and filled out all the paper work etc.. with all the details of what we are seeing. He has already been through the EDP etc.. We were told first visit would be the exam and then they would send this to our insurance etc.. and after the exam in 3 or 4 days would call us and talk about insurance, pricing, results etc.. This was on Dec 11th, 2023.. still haven't heard back from them. We took our son to the appointment thinking the exam would be done but instead they didn't finish it, and were on a strict 30 mins only.. the speech therapist constantly kept looking at the clock and left the room a few times it was pretty noticeable and awkward. They didn't read any of the details we put on the form. We also asked if sessions could be an hour cause 30 mins is no time at all and were told "Oh you'll have to talk to my boss Shane and work it out with him" Next day I had a charge on my card for $90 even though we never heard from the person that works with insurance etc.. Anyway we won't be going back as this was a pretty bad experience.. 30 mins for 90 dollars, constantly looking at the clock, not calling us back, bad information given and to be honest I didn't think the speech therapist we had was prepared to help us.. she didn't even know why we were there just that it was on her calendar and we really didn't even get 30 mins maybe 15 mins as she was constantly in and out."
