"This place isn’t is good as it was a few years ago. A few providers are good here but some are not. Their best providers have left. In addition, repeat errors in prescribing and sending scripts off to pharmacy involves my attention and oversight on repeat occasions. There’s something off about their system and the way providers input your scripts. This shouldn’t be the case. I was also seen recently for women’s health issues and astounded in the type of care I received. A certain amount of ignorance and insensitivity has grown at this practice. With the exception of a considerate and attentive PA, there isn’t much left to keep me returning for specialized care."

"I went in for an appointment and bloodwork this morning. It was my first time at this location and I was treated with absolute respect, care, and empathy by Tallie Rhead PA. She was attentive to my concerns and educated me on my health and preventive care. My only concern was with a lab technician named Colby. She tried to draw blood and instead poked the inside of my arm with a needle 3-4 times. I told her it was very painful when she did that and she tried one more time before I had enough and she called over Isabelle, another technician in the lab. As soon as Colby removed the needle she had tried to draw blood with I immediately bruised. I still felt a sharp pain where she had been moving and poking the needle while it was inside my arm. Isabelle did a wonderful job and didn’t leave a single mark on my arm. Please avoid Colby, I truly hope she gets the proper training, it was genuinely traumatic and emotionally distressing to express pain and concern and to be completely ignored until you’re on the brink of tears. "I had a distressing experience with Cope Family Medical Clinic's support staff when I urgently needed a Covid antiviral medication. Despite the time-sensitive nature, they gave a 24-48 hour turnaround for prescription, citing busyness. The delayed response and their request for a telehealth visit for the following day could have jeopardized the effectiveness of the medication, leaving me deeply concerned about the consequences of such delays in critical situations. Needless to say, We contacted Urgent Care at The University of Utah and were taken care of within an hour."

"Dr Mark Christian listens and seemed genuinely concerned about the reason we were there. He took the time to ask questions and gave us a lot of information concerning procedures, medications and testing. We have been to a few doctors trying to navigate health, and we walked away from his office feeling like we are on the right path. I highly recommend him."

"Dr was great, but be aware that they tack on extra charges without letting you know. Went in for a yearly visit and got a bill later for extra $130 because the dr had asked if my husband wanted any info about weight loss and had a 5 min conversation. He had no idea it was “extra”. Just be careful!"
