"Went in the store and was greeted by Sara. It was so pleasant. I went in with the intent of using a coupon and found the item I needed. When I got up to the checkout, I saw in fine print that the coupon was only good for online purchases. I pointed it out to Sara who was at the checkout and she said you’re right, that’s for online purchases but let me help you and I’ll help you find a coupon that you can use with your app. Wow.!!!! talk about great customer service skills and making my visit so pleasant it was my fault. I had the wrong coupon but an employee that goes out of her way to help. It is so uncommon to find an employee that will above and beyond, way to go Sara, you are amazing and I will return to Joann’s in Clinton just to have that kind of great customer care. Thank you."

"In store experience is always amazing. Always helpful always smiling. Ordering online and their delivery is absolutely terrible. Orders never arrive on time , it's always a mess trying to get anything online just don't bother. Just go in store for anything needed."

"Love the store! It's my go to craft store. Unfortunately, the last couple of years they only put one cashier upfront to check people out, do returns, answer the phone, run online pick up orders to customers outside AND deal with any other issues that pop up. In the beginning, I didn't complain because finding employees has been tough for companies, but, yesterday, there were quite a few employees there, including the manager and they were still having one cashier do all of the above listed task, while others straightened shelves, did go-backs and stocked items, despite the line being ridiculously long. This was around noon, so it's not like they were trying to get the store ready to close or anything. This is something that happens regularly now. It's not just sometimes. It's frustrating to constantly have to stand in a line for 15+ minutes every time you go into the store. The worst part is, they do this and don't care what it puts the cashier through. You don't always get customers that are understanding and, as a cashier, you end up getting treated like garbage just because management doesn't want to help out. I don't ever treat the cashier badly because I know it's not their fault and hopefully anyone that reads this remembers that the next time they are standing in line for a ridiculously long time. Time to do better guys. Time to care about your customer's time and your employees mental health. Thanks!"

"I'm not a huge fabric and crafts guy but my lady is. Got Starbucks first since it's in the same parking lot and went to the store with her and upon entering the store is very. Lean and organized. Staff was friendly and greeted us as we entered. They had aisles of yarn, rolls of fabrics of all types, equipment for any crafts need, and amazing seasonal decorations. Prices do vary from decent to wow but still well worth the stop. You'll definitely find what you need here"

"They was extremely helpful! I was in a hurry to get in and out of the store with everything I needed. I don't ever go in there but the sales associate was very helpful. She walked me threw the store until we found everything I needed to get to get home. Thank you guys! And they had coupons they scanned for me. I did find some really cute little things in there to go back to for another day."
