"We got a message our medicine was ready to be picked up. We went to pick it up and waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes then went inside only to be told they don’t have the medicine and never had an order for it, even tho we got a message it was done. I’ve had many issues with this pharmacy. I was told last time my medicine would take 30 minutes to fill so i let and came back almost 2 hours later only to have to wait 40 minutes when i went to pick it up."

"Always an issue picking up prescriptions. From being charged incorrectly with rewards number to handing insurance card and being told prescriptions are not covered and then calling insurance to verify-prescriptions should have been covered. No customer service skills."
"If you have the option for a different pharmacy I would take it. Staff consistently do not show up to open on time. I waited over 30 mins after the scheduled open time and nobody showed up. I finally gave up and left."
"Went to Walgreens today June 26th. They had only one cashier with a line of ten people. Very frustrating !!! Hopefully they will get better training."
