"Tried to buy a garbage can today, $136.00 at the Clinton store and $124.00 and every other store from Logan to bountiful, so I figured they would price match. I was very much mistaken. I was informed by the associate that since they are a ‘high volume store’ they can sell items at a higher price than the other stores. As she was telling me this, her supervisor said to her over their communication system that he would not price match unless it was a clearance item. I went straight to HOME DEPOT and the price matched the item ($136.00 at their store) for $124.00 without question. I now know which place cares to keep customer relations with high volume contractors as well as everyday homeowners."

"Here we go. Finally, we are able to use our basement without having blankets piled on us. We went to the Clinton Utah Lowes and had an extremely smart and talented girl named Piper in customer service help us order a TV stand with an electric fireplace in it. WOW, WHAT A DIFFERENCE it makes in our TV room now. The stand and fireplace are called RealFlame 5 settings for heat, flame, and thermostat. Also came with a remote control. Very happy, especially with Piper, so willing to help!!!"

"If I could rate a 0 I would. There were too many issues to list with the project. I don’t understand why a company the size of Lowe’s would use a contract service that only rates a 3. Then they subcontracted to another company that did not do the job correctly. It took a lot of work on my part to get the job redone and still it was not correct. The Lowe’s employees have no authorization to do anything other than to go off of their mandated scripts. We were promised a fully completed project with my daughter and I not having to do anything when it was done. They did not live up to their promise. Lowe’s has lost a customer. I will no longer purchase anything from them. I want nothing to do with them ever again."

"This store has followed Walmart and the other big stores that believe customers want to work for them. Self checkouts encourage lazy and poor customer service. I went to the customer service desk to checkout, since I don't get a discount for doing what Lowe's should be paying employees to do. The person at the counter acted very bothered when I asked if I could check out there. This would be a 5 star otherwise, the store is always clean and stocked with what I need."
