"Serenity has honestly changed my life. I started seeing Brittany for individual appointments which I loved and after a few sessions she recommended I join their group meetings three times a week, for three hours a day. At first I thought she lost her mind and I immediately said thanks but no thanks. However she told me to just give it a shot and I am here to say I am SO grateful I did. The women I met in group have become some of my closest friends. I “graduated” this past week and I am so sad my time has come to an end. I looked Forward to group so much. It was so nice to connect to women who were going through similar issues, cry together, laugh together, share stories, and overall connect on such a deep level.
